Meraas is a leading developer in Dubai known for its innovative and luxurious real estate projects that transform urban living. We helped to build the cast of actors and extras to help create a captivating campaign video to highlight Meraas' unique developments - executed by the masterful commercials director Kim Geldenhuys in his signature cinematic style.
The primary objective of the campaign video was to showcase Meraas’ commitment to quality, innovation, and sophisticated living spaces. This hero campaign video aimed to capture the essence of Meraas' developments and communicate the lifestyle benefits to potential investors and residents through authentic moments and experiences Dubai residents could identify with.
Location
The campaign video beautifully captured a variety of Meraas' iconic developments, each showcasing the unique aspects of luxury and modern urban living. Filming locations included the vibrant City Walk, with its international retail and gourmet dining options; the stunning man-made island of Bluewaters, featuring the iconic Ain Dubai; the beachfront destination La Mer, known for its minimalist, contemporary design; the serene, nature-integrated community The Acres, with its lush green parks and swimmable lagoons; and the Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community Port de La Mer, offering picturesque surroundings and luxurious living spaces.
Production Approach
The production team employed a cinematic approach to capture the essence of each development. The video used aerial shots, time-lapses, and resident testimonials to create a compelling narrative.
Michelle Hay Management played a pivotal role in assembling the cast of actors and extras for the video including coordinating the team on the ground across shoot days. Leveraging our extensive network and industry expertise, we meticulously selected a diverse range of the right talents that perfectly matched the vision and requirements of the production. We coordinated auditions, managed schedules, and ensured seamless integration of the cast into the filming process.
